Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 July 2026

These terms govern your use of bharatdigital.co.uk and, together with a signed proposal, quotation, or statement of work, any website development, software development, digital marketing, engineering design, UI/UX design, or social media management services provided by Bharat Digital Limited (Company No. 15888582, registered office Unit 1-I, 736-740 Romford Road, Manor Park, London, E12 6BT, "Bharat Digital", "we"). By using this site or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project are agreed separately in a proposal, quotation, or contract with the client before work begins. Where these terms and a signed agreement conflict on a project-specific matter, the signed agreement takes priority.

Fees and payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are as set out in the relevant quotation, invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice, and we reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon payment in full. Bharat Digital retains the right to use general methodologies, know-how, and non-confidential elements of a project in future work, and may reference completed projects for portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access needed to deliver a project, and for ensuring that any materials they supply to us do not infringe a third party's rights.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Website use

This website is provided "as is". You must not misuse the site (for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access or introducing malicious code). Content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Bharat Digital or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
